  • The Wind Chime Ball is an annual fundraising event hosted by the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation (JBMF). It features dinner, dancing, music, a silent auction, raffle, and more, all to raise money for local (Ohio-based) women and families battling breast cancer.

  • YES! The Wind Chime Ball is a public event; tickets go on sale on our website on Monday, January 20, 2026, at 10 am. Priority tickets will be sold to event sponsors. Please email hello@josettememorial.org for sponsorship information.

  • The Wind Chime Ball will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

  • The event will be held at La Pizzeria, Piazza Ballroom, located at 3656 Dressler Rd NW, Canton, OH 44718.

  • The Wind Chime Ball is a "pink tie" event. While pink attire is encouraged, it is not required. This is a formal event where women can wear long gowns, cocktail dresses, or elegant pantsuits, and men can choose suits or tuxedos. Please avoid casual attire. 

  • Dinner will be served family-style and includes: Parmesan crusted chicken, salad, Italian beans, red skin potatoes, pasta with red sauce, bread and butter, and a variety of donated baked goods will also be available throughout the evening. Open Bar is from 6-7 pm, and Cash Bar is from 7 pm-11 pm. 

  • Both cash and credit cards will be accepted at the event.

  • Yes, a room block will be available at the Holiday Inn, located at 4520 Everhard Rd NW, Canton, OH 44718. To reserve a room, call (330) 494-2770 or use their online booking system.

  • The official Wind Chime Ball after-party will be held at MBar, located at 5260 Dressler Rd NW, Canton, OH 44718, from 11:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Please note that the dress code requires no hoodies, athletic wear, or gym shoes for entry.
