The youngest daughter of Dave and Josette Beddell, Mary is a graduate of Canton McKinley High School and Kent State University. Mary is currently the Director of Public Relations for Plain Local Schools. Mary has been awarded the following honors for her involvement with co-founding the Josette Beddell Memorial Foundation: Frieda G Shapira Community Service Award (2010), Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce "Twenty under 40" (2014), Kent State University Recent Alumni Award (2015), United Way Golden Key Award (2017), ystark! Young Professional of the Week (2017), Canton Repository People’s Champion Award (2018).
